Wholesale Accounts

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a brick-and-mortar or online retailer. We do not offer wholesale pricing to private individuals.

Placing Your Order

Orders may be placed by visiting our website at www.BrookeNicoleDesigns.com/wholesale or via email at Brooke @BrookeNicoleDesigns.com

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or check payable to Brooke Nicole Designs. Payments by check must clear before shipping.
Payment will be charged at the time of shipment.
Net 30 terms may be granted to existing customers upon request.

Minimum Order Requirements

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping will not be owed until order is shipped. Customer will receive a separate invoice for shipping via email.
Shipping is done via USPS or UPS.
Request faster service if needed, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Turnaround Time

For in-stock items, please allow 2-4 days for order to ship.
For backordered items, please allow 1-2 weeks for order to ship. If item is backordered, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Product & Packaging

Product must be sold in its original packaging.
Card sets may not be broken up for individual sale.
Scripture card sets are each packaged in a clear bag.
Please note that wood card stands do not come packaged with the sets but are available to purchase at wholesale for $1.25 each. No minimum order for card stands.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns are not accepted unless items are damaged in transit. Please notify us of damaged items within three business days of receiving merchandise, and we will replace at no charge.
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted to use via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
